I have just finished reading, “Lexi’s Homeschool Diary”. Now we are now reading it as a family.

We recently met Cheryl Moeller on line, through email and blogging (her blog is momlaughs.blogspot.com ). She and her daughter MacKenzie Moeller, co-authored this book, that is illustrated by Linda Gredy. Cheryl Moeller was so kind to offer our readers, for the month of September, a chance to get a free download of this E-book “Lexi’s Homeschool Diary”. When you e-mail her at cherylmoeller@comcast.net . Just let her know you saw this offer for a free download of “Lexi’s Homeschool Diary” at Simple Living Alaska. Remember this is for the month of September only.
The E-book is available through the web sight “Currclick” (Curriculum in a click) as a PDF download.
The description of this book I found at currclick says:
It’s an 85 page heart warming account of Lexi and her homeschool family told through the perspective of her colorful and imaginative diary entries. Lexi is a young girl that finds joy, adventure, and even mystery in each new day. This new approach to homeschool fiction offers parents a valuable bonus: chapter by chapter curriculum sheets including vocabulary and comprehension questions.
Here are is my opinion of this E-book that features modern-day homeschooled characters as the central figures. I had a fun time reading it even by myself. I felt as though I was taken into the world of Lexi, and as I finished reading this thoughtful book, I felt as though I wanted more. Our children have enjoyed reading it together so far, and the vocabulary words and questions have been great for some fun and educational conversations. Whether you read it as a family or a reading project for your child to read alone, you will find it rewarding. I think our children will relate well to Lexi, as a homeschooled child with multiple siblings. I hope you enjoy it as well, and make sure you tell Cheryl thanks when you e-mail her.
