We had a fun Independence Day. We went to a parade and the children had a great time gathering candy. Even Destiny enjoyed the parade this year. Last year she was a little bit on the young side to be happy with all the sirens and such.

We hooked up our trailer and took our picnic table on it so we could use it at Jason’s parents house for a picnic afterward, but it also worked good to have something to sit on for the parade too. ![]()

Vision had fun walking up and down the bike path too with her sisters. She was having a time of it getting used to walking in her shoes she had not worn before.

After the parade they had some fun activities like a greased pole, music, games, and some cars on display.

They also had a Bouncy House filled with those plastic balls. The children had a great time in there and insisted we needed one of those for home.

We had a nice BBQ dinner at Jason’s parents house after. It was a lot of fun, we took the children’s bikes with us on the trailer and they also played with the Frisbees they got from the parade. We ate watermelon too, and it was great on our HOT day of 80 plus degrees. There is a picture of Destiny Giving Vision A hug too.

Those bounce houses are a hoot for children~ I purchased mine on ebay for $169.00~ It is 8×7 and has a slide~ I have it in the house in the fun room the boys have a blast~ The only thing is when it is on the constant noise of the motor running can get irritating for the daddy when he is sleeping~ He works the evening/night shift~ Yuk~~
Blessings~

Wow,
That would be fun. I bet they will get your moneys worth of fun out of it and then some.
