Back in Black~ Walmart Death in NY

black_friday walmart

It is sad when unexpected death strikes. But when it occurs for something as trivial as a television or camera it is a true mirror of what our society has become, and the god they serve. The worship of the god of mammon or money is so out of control, that when the people who trampled the Walmart employee that opened the doors the morning of “Black Friday” then when they were told they had to leave, “that an employee got killed, people were yelling ‘I’ve been on line since yesterday morning,’” one said.  Then they kept shopping, no sorrow or remorse at all. And for what?  Stuff that may not work two years from now or will be dropped off at “Good Will Store” or “Salvation Army”.  People would do good to reread Heb. 13:5

Hebrews 13:5 (NIV)

5 Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said,
“Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”

We should have no other god’s before YHWH not even our 50 inch plasma TV. Or we will find our selves back in black mourning again and again. A sad life with no peace.

It is called “A Sisters Hope”,

We “Hope” it gets here in time!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We hope you all have or had a great Thanksgiving Day. We are so thankful to our Creator for So many things this year. We have our health, freedom, family and our newest family member this year (baby Vision O’YHWH). We are also thankful to be using the space in our new addition we built on to our house. Here are a few pictures of our children playing in and enjoying our new addition.

Veterans Day Post (a little late)

Blood was spilt

The war was fought,

Countries cast their lot.

Blood was spilt,

Now the flowers they wilt.

Beneath the cross,

Bearing the loss.

Friends say goodbye,

As families cry.

A father a brother,

A sister a mother.

Stand brave and tall,

As 21 guns tell of his fall.

New Dinning Room

Well the night of the sixth we “broke on through to the other side”. We finished all of our insulation and vapor barrier.  We took out what was the old living room window and cut down and made it a door to the other side, “our addition” has now become HOUSE space! There is still no sheet rock but it will happen piece at a time if need be.  But in the mean time we have a new living room where you can walk by without stepping on someone’s toes. And our old living room is now our new dinning room!  We ate our first dinner there tonight. We had some delicious corned beef and cabbage. MMmm. :)   Here is a picture or two of our first dinner in the new dinning room also there is a picture of the three oldest girls wearing their coverings. We will have more pictures coming soon of the inside of the new space.
