Almost One Foot of Snow in Two Nights
We had a nice little snow shower the other day. It snowed about five inches over night! Jason shoveled out the walk ways and all around the van, and shoveled around our wood piles of uncut firewood. Every thing looked nice. Then….

The next night we got another good snow fall of about six inches (some people here said, it was more like eight), but i wouldnt want to be guilty of exaggeration.
It was enough snow that lots of things were buried good! Even one of our fire wood piles of 8’ logs we had been cutting from (mostly the bottom layer of logs were left so the chainsaw wouldnt cut into dirt) were hopelessly buried in the snow. We had to go shovel it all out, and rescue the fire wood from being lost. We dug it all out and stacked it into the other larger 5’ tall pile that we still had left next to it.
Over night we got maybe another inch of snow. That morning we had the “Snow Plow Guy” coming. Judah Zachariah helped his father get ready! They shelved out along side trailers, the side of the house, and other obstacles, to make sure as much snow as possible was out where the snowplow could reach to get the most snow possible out of the yard! They also moved some other things out of the way of the plow and put them up. They got all the last minute stuff done, about an hour before the snowplow arrived.

It allowed for some well deserved fun time for romping and running in the deep snow. Even for making “Snow Angels”!
